Job Description

Do you love working with kids and have a passion for art? Join our team at Young Rembrandts, where we teach drawing to elementary students using a fun and engaging step-by-step method! We're hiring part-time After-School Art Teachers to lead drawing classes at elementary schools in Farmington, Lakeville , New Prague, Northfield and Belle Plain . Each class is 1 hour long, held after school, and includes 5 to 20 students in grades K-5. Curriculum, materials, and training are fully provided—no art degree or lesson planning required!

Responsibilities:

Teach 1-hour drawing classes to elementary students (grades K-5) using the Young Rembrandts method Follow provided curriculum and materials Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, positive learning environment Maintain attendance and basic records Transport and care for class materials (provided by Young Rembrandts) Represent Young Rembrandts professionally in school settings

Qualifications:

Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, mentoring, babysitting, etc.) Interest in art/drawing (no formal training required—we train you!) Dependable, punctual, and organized Energetic and comfortable managing a classroom Must have reliable transportation Background check required

Schedule & Pay:

Classes are typically held Monday-Friday, immediately after school Each class runs approximately 1 hour Opportunities for multiple classes per week depending on availability Paid training and competitive hourly wage Ready to inspire young artists? to become part of a fun, rewarding program that makes a difference in kids' lives—one drawing at a time!
