About us Abrakadoodle is all about creativity for kids, which for almost 20 years has delivered the very best in visual arts classes for kids, summer art camps, art events and more, to over one-million children in schools, community sites and art studios for kids around the world! Abrakadoodle Art Education for children is the #1 Nationwide Children's Art program in partnership with Crayola and is seeking creative part time after school art teachers for after school art classes, Plymouth/Maple Grove/ Minnetonka/Edina/Eden Prairie area Also hiring teachers for: St. Paul/Shoreview area • What You'll Do Lead engaging, age-appropriate art lessons for elementary-age children. Inspire kids through creative expression using provided lesson plans and materials. Travel to local schools and community sites to teach classes (typically 2:30-3:30 PM start time). Teaching one hour per day 3-5 times per week. Love art and working with children? Join us for a fun, very part-time afternoon teaching opportunity! • What we're looking for Experience working with children is a must. Experience with art or crafts (at a personal or professional level). Teaching license is not necessary but is a plus. Availability in the afternoon between 2 pm and 4:00 pm at least two days per week. Job duties require own reliable transportation, a clean background check, as well as willingness and flexibility to drive to class sites. • Why join us? $20 - $35 per hour.
