Art Teacher (Leave Replacement)

Qualifications Hold a New Jersey Art Teacher certificate Have excellent experience in teaching and working with children. Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning. Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community. Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA Effective instructional practices and strategies Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community For more information about this position, please visit the Job Descriptions page.
