Are you someone who brings a warm, encouraging energy into a room, and loves helping others express themselves through painting, drawing, collage, or other forms of visual art? If so, we're looking for someone just like you to lead group art classes designed to inspire participation, creativity, and connection for some of our under-served populations who need this most. This role involves some local driving to and from nursing facilities, primary schools, and pre-schools, and the schedule is flexible, a great fit for someone looking for part-time hours or meaningful side work doing what they love. What You'll Be Doing:

Leading fun, accessible art sessions tailored to your strengths—painting, collage, drawing, themed crafts, or whatever you bring to the table that our participants may be interested in. Creating a welcoming, relaxed environment where your participants feel safe to explore and express themselves. Encouraging engagement from your participants, no matter their levels of capability. Bringing joy, self-expression, and a sense of accomplishment to those who may not get that opportunity every day. This Could Be a

Great Fit If You:

Have experience working with people with mental and physical challenges, such as dementia, low vision, hearing difficulties, autism, etc. Are upbeat, patient, and comfortable guiding someone with varying ability levels . Are a self-starter who can design and lead your own sessions, with creativity and care. Have a background in art therapy, recreational therapy, or art instruction, or have facilitated therapeutic art experiences . Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A bachelors degree is required, but we value your experience, creativity, and ability to connect above all.
