Job Description
Real Hot Yoga Frisco is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, passionate yoga instructor to join our team! We're seeking a versatile teacher who is comfortable leading a variety of class styles including Bikram/26 & 2 or Bikram-inspired classes, Hot Power Flow, Yin Yoga, Hot Tone & Sculpt, and Mat Pilates. At Real Hot Yoga, we are more than just a yoga studio. Our community includes everyone from first-time yogis to marathon runners, athletes, busy parents, and people simply looking to feel better in their bodies. We offer heated yoga, sculpt, Pilates, and recovery-focused classes in a fun, welcoming environment where connection matters. If you love building community, bringing great energy to the room, and helping students become stronger, healthier, and more confident, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Lead safe, engaging classes in Bikram/26 & 2, Hot Power Flow, Yin Yoga, Sculpt, and/or Mat Pilates Create an inclusive environment that welcomes students of all ages and experience levels Provide modifications and alignment cues to support safe movement Build relationships with students and foster a strong sense of community Arrive prepared, on time, and help maintain studio cleanliness and professionalism Collaborate with fellow teachers and studio leadership to create an exceptional member experience Qualifications RYT-200 certification or equivalent yoga training required Pilates certification preferred but not required Experience teaching heated yoga classes strongly preferred Experience teaching multiple formats including Bikram, Power Flow, Yin, Sculpt, or Pilates Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and injury modifications Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping others
