The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the art, a love for working with students, and a desire to integrate a biblical worldview into all aspects of teaching and learning. This individual will be committed to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and partnering with families in the education of students. As a ministry-minded educator, the teacher must be a follower of Jesus Christ, actively involved in a local church, and in agreement with the school's Statement of Faith and Christian mission. This position is perfect for individuals eager to make a positive impact on young learners while working fewer hours during the week. Duties Develop engaging lesson plans that inspire creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview into classroom instruction. Create a positive, structured, and Christ-centered classroom environment. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and other duties as assigned. Serve as a positive Christian role model for students both inside and outside the classroom. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a subject-related field is preferred Previous classroom teaching experience is preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills.
