Job Description:
Ceramic Coordinator (Pottery Wheel Instructor)
Responsibilities:
  • Implement teaching curriculum for students of various age groups
  • Teach students the process of ceramic on the wheel, Clay building, etc.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their ceramic building skills.
  • Plan and organize new projects and exhibitions.
  • Manage and update Social media with studio events happening in the studio right after class.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
  • Coordinate other instructors and supervise their performance and adherence to our company values and policies.
  • Coordinate with store manager, our services offer.
Experience:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in ceramic. We will consider high skilled artists who might not have the college education, but are highly educated in the art of ceramics.
  • Previous experience teaching art to students of various age groups
  • Strong knowledge of glazes, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
