We're not your typical art class
• this is a social, upbeat experience where you guide a full room step-by-step while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead step-by-step painting classes for groups of 10-25 guests
• Create a fun, engaging, and well-paced class experience
• Keep guests on track while encouraging creativity
• Support smooth class flow alongside team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, and comfortable leading a group. You're both an artist and a confident leader. You can paint well, but more importantly

• you can guide others, speak clearly, and hold a room.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people just as much as creating art.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong acrylic painting skills (must be able to recreate paintings accurately)
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups (microphone use required)
• Ability to lead and manage a group with confidence
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Positive, energetic, and reliably
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  Experience teaching, coaching, or leading groups
• Background in hospitality, performing, or customer-facing roles
