This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, foster a love for learning, and support diverse student needs in a vibrant classroom environment. As a key contributor, you will help cultivate bilingual proficiency and cultural awareness while promoting academic excellence through innovative teaching methods. Duties Design engaging lesson plans that integrate technology, multimedia resources, and interactive activities to enhance student participation and learning outcomes Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with disabilities or special education requirements, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques and clear expectations to create a respectful learning space Assess student performance regularly using formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing, to monitor progress and inform instruction Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, school events, and extracurricular activities that promote language immersion and cultural exchange Qualifications Proven experience teaching Spanish in classroom settings, preferably within private or bilingual schools with familiarity in Montessori or similar educational philosophies Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds; familiarity with childhood development principles is highly desirable Proficiency in learning technology tools such as LMS platforms and digital resources for language instruction Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues in a collaborative educational environment Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering a positive learning atmosphere focused on growth and achievement Join us in shaping the next generation of bilingual learners!
