Job Description

Encompass Experiences in Los Angeles is looking for dynamic, interactive, and energetic teachers to join our education team. We are recruiting part-time ESL/EFL teachers for our summer programs. Please note this position requires in-person teaching . Instructors will teach small classes of approximately 15 international students from around the world. Add your own flair to the lessons to bring language to life and ensure the students are both learning and having fun. Classes are held from 9-12, Monday through Friday, from July 27 through August, depending on enrollment. We encourage you to apply even if you cannot work the full summer. Successful instructors will also be considered for assignments for our programs in the fall and winter. If you are passionate about travel and languages, an outgoing and dynamic instructor committed to engaging with students, this is the job for you! Qualifications Bachelor's degree in field ESL/EFL, Linguistics, or Education Enthusiastic, energetic and a natural leader in the classroom. Responsible, approachable and friendly. Highly organized, flexible and global minded. 3 months of experience teaching ESL in a classroom setting with 10+ students. ESL or TEFL certified preferred Special consideration given to candidates with TESOL, or EFL training Salary Information $25 per hour
