Job Description:

Xolo Spanish is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic Spanish Enrichment Instructor to join our team! This is a flexible position perfect for someone passionate about language education who wants a reliable weekly teaching schedule combined with earning potential from covering extra classes. Schedule & Time Commitments

Mandatory Teaching Shift:

Fridays from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM.

Session Structure:

A 90-minute block that includes 60 minutes of active teaching, with a 15-minute arrival and dismissal buffer. Compensation & Perks (1099 Independent Contractor):

Coverage Pay:

If you cover an extra class, you get paid emergency coverage at $80 Regular session pay ranges from $45 to $70 for each 90-minute session, depending on student enrollment. Key Responsibilities

Spanish Enrichment :

Lead an engaging, interactive Spanish enrichment session for students every Wednesday (60 minutes of active teaching within the 90-minute block).

Student Engagement:

Create a fun, welcoming, and immersive learning environment that encourages children to embrace the Spanish language and culture.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Proficiency in Spanish (fluent or bilingual preferred). Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or enrichment setting. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable with a positive, energetic attitude. Must be able to operate as a 1099 independent contractor. Must be able to commit to the required Wednesday teaching window and the weekday afternoon availability blocks. We look forward to you joining our team!
