Job Description

Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Spanish Enrichment Teachers to inspire and educate learners across diverse age groups (PreK-12) and educational settings. In this vital role, you will follow engaging lesson plans and foster a positive classroom environment. This Part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while advancing your professional growth in the education field. Duties Deliver the provided lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including technology integration, to enhance learning outcomes. Assess student progress. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment Collaborate with colleagues and parents. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications preferred Proven classroom experience across early childhood, preschool, or K-12 settings Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design Experience working with students with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or visual impairments Familiarity with learning technology tools and assistive devices for inclusive education Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues Ability to manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and behavioral management techniques Knowledge of early intervention practices and childhood development principles is highly desirable Join us in shaping bright futures!
