Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding teaching opportunity supporting elementary learners with their English language development. This contract position is based near Lynn, MA, and is open to full-time (32.5 hours per week) or part-time ESL-certified educators who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young students. You'll play a vital role in fostering language growth and academic confidence among elementary-aged students, supporting them across five days a week. As an ESL Teacher, your expertise will help shape a nurturing classroom environment where students of diverse backgrounds can thrive.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid ESL Teacher certification in Massachusetts (MA) Previous experience working with elementary-age learners Familiarity with individualized and group instructional strategies for English language learners Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to adapt curriculum and instruction based on student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging ESL instruction to elementary school students Assess language proficiency and tailor lesson plans accordingly Work with classroom teachers and school staff to support integrated learning Foster a supportive learning environment for all English learners Track student progress and communicate growth to caregivers and school personnel
