Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Spanish Teacher to inspire and educate students across various age groups. In this dynamic role, you will deliver engaging language instruction and creative art lessons, fostering a love for learning while supporting students' individual growth. Your passion for teaching, combined with your expertise in curriculum development and classroom management, will create a vibrant learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and cultural appreciation. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for Spanish language. Incorporate innovative learning technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students. Provide individualized tutoring and support to students needing extra assistance in language acquisition or artistic skills. Assess student progress regularly through observations, assessments, and feedback to tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and share best practices in teaching methods and classroom management. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching Spanish or art at various educational levels, including elementary or middle school levels. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating learning technology into lessons. Excellent communication skills to connect with children, students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms confidently while fostering a nurturing environment for learners of all ages.
