Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for Spanish language. Provide individualized tutoring and support to students needing extra assistance in language acquisition or artistic skills. Assess student progress regularly through observations, assessments, and feedback to tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and share best practices in teaching methods and classroom management. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching Spanish or art at various educational levels, including elementary or middle school levels. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating learning technology into lessons. Excellent communication skills to connect with children, students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms confidently while fostering a nurturing environment for learners of all ages.
