We pride ourselves on our diverse, bilingual staff and our commitment to community well-being. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Spanish Instructor to join our team in the United States. Based in our community-focused center, this role is vital in helping our partners enhance their language skills and cultural understanding, aligning with our mission to support the language needs of our community members. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons tailored to diverse learner needs. Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Promote cultural awareness and sensitivity through educational activities. Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress. Participate in community outreach events to promote language learning initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience teaching Spanish as a second language. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience working with diverse populations preferred. Passion for cultural exchange and community service. Have reliable transportation in case of providing classes at other sites.
