Near Eden Prairie, MN Required Qualifications Valid State of Minnesota Teaching License in American Sign Language (K-12) Experience working with school-aged students preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to support diverse learning needs and educational environments Knowledge of deaf and hard-of-hearing educational practices Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside educators, families, and support staff Key Responsibilities Provide American Sign Language instruction and support to students in accordance with district and state standards Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs Collaborate with general education teachers, special education teams, and related service providers Support language development, communication access, and student engagement Maintain accurate documentation and student records Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and educational planning activities Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students Why Join This Opportunity?
