Elementary School Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging ESL instruction to elementary students. Develop lesson plans aligned with New Jersey educational standards. Support English Language Learners in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families. Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities. Minimum Qualifications Active New Jersey ESL Certification (CEA or CEAS)
