Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to K-12 students Plan age-appropriate lessons that support both language development and general education curriculum Assess language proficiency and academic progress, providing feedback and tailored support Collaborate with other teachers and staff to implement effective instruction strategies and accommodations Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and colleagues to maximize student success Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation and celebrates multicultural perspectives This position offers a .2 FTE schedule with flexible days, Monday through Friday, allowing you to tailor your workweek according to your needs.
