KinderCare is hiring a Spanish Enrichment Teacher for Creme de la Creme in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will design and lead engaging Spanish lessons for young children, integrating songs, stories, games, and play-based activities to build language skills. You will maintain a safe, nurturing classroom, communicate with families about student progress, and collaborate with center staff to support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth while modeling KinderCare's inclusive and supportive culture. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Spanish enrichment lessons for young children Use songs, stories, games, and play-based activities to build language skills Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment Monitor and document children's progress and language development Communicate regularly with families about student learning and activities Collaborate with center staff to align enrichment with overall curriculum Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning styles and developmental levels Maintain classroom materials and an organized learning space Follow all safety, health, and childcare regulations and policies Participate in training and professional development opportunities Required Skills Spanish language instruction Classroom management Lesson planning Early childhood education methods Student assessment Parent communication Curriculum development Behavior management Multisensory teaching strategies Basic technology for instruction
