About this Position The Department of Languages and Literatures seeks a full-time Visiting Instructor/Visiting Assistant Professor of German to teach undergraduate German in the 2026-27 academic year. Ability to also teach introductory and/or intermediate French is desirable.
Responsibilities:
Duties include teaching undergraduate courses in German and possibly French, promoting the German language program, and participating in various departmental activities. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) Preferred Qualifications PhD in related field. At least one year's experience in college teaching is preferred.
