Job Description
Job Summary Full Circle Computing, LLC, a private licensed school in the State of Pennsylvania, is seeking an engaging and experienced bilingual Spanish-speaking workshop instructor to teach resume-writing and job-search workshops to adult learners. The instructor must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish and be comfortable delivering workshops entirely in Spanish when needed. The ideal candidate has experience helping job seekers create professional resumes, describe their work experience, identify transferable skills, and prepare competitive application materials. This is an excellent opportunity for an instructor, career coach, workforce-development professional, recruiter, human-resources professional, or resume writer who enjoys helping individuals improve their employment opportunities. Primary Responsibilities Teach interactive resume-writing workshops in English and Spanish. Help participants create professional resumes from the beginning. Explain the purpose, structure, and major sections of a resume. Help participants describe their experience, responsibilities, accomplishments, and transferable skills. Teach participants how to tailor their resumes for specific jobs. Explain resume keywords and applicant-tracking systems. Review resumes and provide constructive, practical feedback. Assist participants with employment gaps, career changes, limited work experience, and workforce reentry. Demonstrate appropriate resume formatting, organization, grammar, and presentation. Guide participants in using job descriptions to strengthen their resumes. Answer participant questions and provide individualized support during workshops. Use Full Circle Computing curriculum and instructional materials while recommending improvements when appropriate. Maintain a professional, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment. Complete attendance records or other basic workshop documentation when required. Required Qualifications Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English . Ability to teach a complete workshop in Spanish. Strong knowledge of resume writing and current job-application practices. Experience teaching, training, coaching, counseling, recruiting, or presenting to adults. Strong communication and public-speaking skills. Ability to explain resume concepts clearly to beginners. Comfortable working with participants from different educational, professional, and cultural backgrounds. Patient, supportive, dependable, and well organized. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, virtual-meeting platforms, and basic presentation technology. Preferred Qualifications Experience in workforce development, career services, adult education, recruiting, human resources, or employment counseling. Experience assisting Spanish-speaking job seekers. Professional resume-writing or career-coaching experience. Experience working with nonprofit organizations, government workforce programs, community organizations, or adult learners. Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems and resume keywords. Experience delivering both virtual and in-person workshops.
