This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to foster artistic expression and bilingual skills in a vibrant educational environment. Duties Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Art and Spanish classes that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives Foster a creative classroom environment that nurtures artistic skills, cultural understanding, and language development Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles, including students with disabilities or special education needs Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, classroom management strategies, and interdisciplinary projects Skills Strong knowledge of art techniques, art history, and Spanish language instruction suitable for elementary or middle school levels Experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds and ability to adapt lessons accordingly Classroom management skills that promote positive behavior and an engaging learning environment Proficiency in curriculum development, implementation, and instructional modifications for varied learner needs Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and students Experience working with individuals with young children and children with learning differences Ability to incorporate music or creative arts into lessons to enrich student engagement and learning experiencesJoin us in shaping young minds through vibrant art projects and immersive language experiences!
