Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Business Administration curriculum and academic standards. Facilitate classroom instruction, fostering a positive and interactive learning environment. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress, manage course materials, and provide timely updates. Conduct assessments to evaluate student comprehension and provide constructive feedback to support growth. Research and integrate current trends and practices in business education into the curriculum. Collaborate with colleagues to share instructional strategies and enhance the overall teaching approach. Provide support for student projects, presentations, and assignments related to business topics. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding academic progress, expectations, and any concerns.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field. Strong foundation in business topics, including marketing, finance, operations, and organizational behavior. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business concepts in an accessible way. Proficiency in using learning technologies and tools to enhance instruction. Experience in curriculum development, especially for higher education or adult learners. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for diverse learners. Familiarity with university-level teaching practices is preferred but not required.
