Job Description

About Us:
We are an elite, growing franchise childcare center in Hickory Flat. We don't run a chaotic facility; we run a high-performing, tight-knit culture. We are looking for a powerhouse Lead Teacher who is ready to step out of the classroom full-time and transition into business administration and center management.
The Role:
This is a high-speed, dual-track role. You will start as a Lead Teacher but will immediately cross-train on the front desk, scheduling, teacher management, and enrollment marketing. 70% of your time: Running administrative tasks, master scheduling, and driving enrollment growth via tech tools and social media. 30% of your time: Stepping onto the floor to lead a classroom only when we are short-staffed and the business demands it. Who You Are (Must-Haves): Min 2+ years of licensed childcare experience. You know how a center operates and can command respect from other teachers. Highly Tech-Savvy. If you struggle with Excel, childcare management apps, or basic social media marketing, this is not the role for you. Startup Mindset. We are in our early days. We don't watch the clock; we watch results. We need a problem solver, not a complainer who says "that's not my job."
Our Culture Fit:
Solution-Oriented:
We are a fast-moving, early-stage center. We value people who bring solutions, not complaints, when challenges arise.
Adaptable & Tech-Forward:
This role requires switching gears quickly—from managing software and schedules to jumping into a classroom. Comfort with new technology and change is non-negotiable.
Drama-Free Work Environment:
We pride ourselves on a supportive, transparent culture. We maintain a positive environment focused on the kids and the team, leaving workplace politics at the door.
Perks:
Direct mentorship from the owner. Clear, fast-track path to Assistant Director / Director status as we scale. Performance bonuses tied directly to center enrollment growth.
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Benefits:
Paid time off Professional development assistance
Work Location:
In person
