Fayetteville, NC Job Details 16 hours ago Qualifications Student engagement techniques Master's degree Classroom community building Full Job Description Position Type Adjunct Faculty Description The Reeves School of Business at Methodist University is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Business Administration. Teaching opportunities may include introductory and upper-level courses in areas such as Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Business Communications, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Law, and other business disciplines based on departmental needs. We are seeking instructors with experience teaching in face-to-face, hybrid, and online asynchronous modalities who are committed to student success and engaged learning.
Requirements Interested applicants should submit:
Letter of interest Curriculum vitae Statement of teaching philosophy (not to exceed one page) Statement describing your approach to fostering student engagement, community, and belonging in the classroom (not to exceed one page) Questions regarding this position may be directed to the Dean of the Reeves School of Business at Methodist University. Qualifications A master's degree in Business Administration or a closely related business discipline from a regionally accredited institution is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of eighteen (18) graduate semester credit hours in the discipline they are qualified to teach, consistent with SACSCOC faculty credentialing guidelines. Preference will be given to applicants with college-level teaching experience and/or significant professional experience in business or industry. Successful completion of a criminal history records check is required.
