Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Lecturer for Business & Marketing to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Quality & Administration Ensure all teaching and assessments meet institutional and university partner requirements. Conduct moderation and review of coursework, examinations, and results. Review student feedback and participate in student engagement activities. Assist in developing new programmes and partnerships with universities or industry partners. 2. Teaching & Academic Management Teach Marketing modules for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and short-course programmes. Take on Programme Leader and Module Leader responsibilities when assigned. Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Prepare and conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and online classes. Mark assignments and examinations, ensuring quality and academic standards are maintained. Supervise students on Final Year Projects, dissertations, and research work. 3. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and support associate lecturers, including onboarding, observations, and training. Review and approve teaching assignments. Work closely with colleagues to improve programmes and student outcomes. 4. Research & Professional Development Participate in research, scholarly activities, and professional development. Maintain faculty qualification standards and stay updated with industry trends. Use research and data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, Excel, NVivo, and survey platforms. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools to support teaching.

Requirements:
