• Operations Management on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 10:30 AM
• 11:30 AM. There is a second session that is also on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 11:45AM
• 12:45PM. Both courses will be held in the Fall 2026 semester beginning on
• 8/31/2026 through 12/21/2026 on the Northeast Philadelphia Main Campus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background, demonstrated expertise in operations management, and a passion for engaging and inspiring students. All employees must understand the mission of Catholic higher education and be committed to the core values, mission, goals and objectives of Holy Family University. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to Maintain academic excellence in the classroom. Conduct face to face classroom instruction following the University s academic standards and guidelines. Facilitate active learning experiences and practical exercises to enhance student comprehension and application of technology concepts. Provide grades and feedback to students in a timely manner. Respond to email correspondence from Deans, Coordinators, and students in a timely manner. Use the Learning Management System (CANVAS) appropriately for all classes. Utilize advising software (CRM Advise) to identify student issues and alert support offices within the university in a timely manner. Qualifications The successful applicant must hold an earned Master s Degree in Business or a related field. Doctoral degree preferred; practical job experience equally considered.
