Classes begin on August 24th. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in Business and Marketing as assigned by the College. Course assignments are based on institutional needs, faculty availability, and scheduling. Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory performance and the instructional needs of the College. Minimum Requirements Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a closely related graduate degree. A minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in Marketing. General Instructor Responsibilities Teach undergraduate courses in Business and Marketing in hybrid learning environments. Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, classroom discussions, case studies, and other instructional activities. Develop and maintain course materials aligned with program learning outcomes. Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress. Participate in departmental meetings and other academic activities as requested. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Ability to use and facilitate computer-based instruction. Ability to learn and effectively use the College's Learning Management System (LMS). Ability to communicate effectively with students via email and other online platforms. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Compensation $1,000 per semester.
