Job Description

The School District of Onalaska is accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE Business Teacher at Onalaska High School beginning the 2026-2027 school year. Position Summary To develop in each pupil an understanding of our American business system and its place in the nation's economy; to provide knowledge needed for intelligent consumption of business services; to develop practical business skills for personal use or for use in business occupations; to encourage pupils to develop work and personal habits essential for success in business. School Information The mission of the School District of Onalaska (Wisconsin) is working together to ensure high levels of learning for all. Onalaska is located in western Wisconsin with a population of 18,000. Onalaska High School (OHS) serves 900+ students in grades 9-12. Qualifications:
Possess a valid Wisconsin Teaching License for grades 9-12 in the assigned area of teaching. Possess a minimum of a
B.S./B.A.
degree with a major in the assigned area of teaching. Prior teaching experience preferred but not required Such qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate Full job description available upon request.
