Job Description for baseball instructor: We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate Baseball Instructor to join our team full-time. If you love the game, enjoy working with athletes of all ages, and want to help players reach their full potential, we'd love to meet you. This is more than just giving lessons—it's an opportunity to mentor athletes, build relationships with families, and be part of a growing baseball and softball community. The Ideal Candidate You're someone who loves being at the ballpark and practice facility. You enjoy seeing athletes gain confidence, celebrate improvements, and achieve goals. Whether you're teaching a young player how to field a ground ball or preparing a high school athlete for the next level, you understand that great coaching is about building people as much as building players. Responsibilities Provide private baseball instruction to athletes of all skill levels. Lead camps, clinics, classes, and developmental programs with D-BAT's developmental philosophy. Assist with evaluating players and creating individualized improvement plans. Deliver a fun, positive, and encouraging training environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes and parents. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility. Support special events, memberships, and facility programming. Continue developing coaching knowledge and teaching techniques. Qualifications Previous playing experience in baseball- collegiate or professional experience preferred (High-level achievements in high school or travel ball considered) or previous coaching experience at the (high school, college, or professional) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
