Your enthusiasm will help create a fun, safe, and motivating environment that encourages kids to reach their full potential while developing essential skills in a lively and supportive setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through dynamic coaching and sports education. Lead recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels, ensuring activities are fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements to boost confidence and motivation Enforce safety protocols and proper use of equipment to maintain a secure environment at all times Collaborate with team members to organize special events, competitions, or themed classes that enhance the overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym area and equipment before and after classes Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in a recreational or educational setting Background in gymnastics, dance or cheer is desired, but we will train quality candidates who are excited and eager to learn. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young participants Ability to demonstrate basic skills Must value the integrity of our coaching team and be excited about joining an awesome crew of great coaches!
