Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a D-BAT Softball Instructor, where your passion for sports and youth development will inspire the next generation of athletes! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging softball training sessions, foster a positive learning environment, and help players develop their skills both on and off the field. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate young athletes to reach their full potential while promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love of sports with impactful coaching. Responsibilities Provide high-quality instruction to softball players of all ages and skill levels including hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, and more. Develop personalized training plans to help each player achieve their specific goals. Monitor and evaluate player progress, adjusting training plans as needed. Provide feedback to players and parents on areas for improvement. Maintain a safe and clean training environment, ensuring equipment is properly maintained. Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement training programs. Skills At least 2 years of coaching or playing experience at a competitive level. Thorough understanding of softball fundamentals and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with players of all ages and skill levels. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and adjust player performance. Full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours are available nationwide. Pay:
$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
