JOB DESCRIPTION
HEAD
CHEERLEADER COACH TEMPORARY
Qualifications:
Current Alabama Teacher's Certification (preferred) or classified dependent upon qualifications of the person holding the position Previous Experience in sports as a participant and/or coach (preferred) but not required Completion of all requirements set forth by the AHSAA Coaches' Education Program Must have or be willing to obtain
CDL Essential Duties :
Directly responsible for all school cheerleading activities Instruct athletes in fundamentals, develop character, model expected behavior Ability to work with players, parents, administration and other coaches To adhere to the MPS Athletics Code of Ethics and Conduct for Sports Coaches Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinic for his/her sports Board Approved Stipend $2,824.52.
