Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Kids Soccer Coach and ignite a passion for sports, teamwork, and healthy activity among young children! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging soccer sessions designed to develop fundamental skills, promote sportsmanship, and foster confidence in kids. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young athletes to enjoy physical activity while learning valuable life lessons. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through sports coaching, teaching, and fun-filled activities. Duties deliver age-appropriate soccer drills, games, and activities that emphasize skill development and teamwork Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for children to learn and play Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently during activities, including first aid readiness when necessary Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching children, especially in soccer or related physical activities is a plus but not required Knowledge of child development principles and effective behavior management strategies Ability to engage children with enthusiasm while maintaining discipline and safety standards Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, directors, team members, and children effectively Join us to empower kids through sport!
