To Be Determined Job Description Coaching staff will lead the sport program both on and off the field/court. Not only must coaches demonstrate knowledge of the sport, basic coaching principles, and an understanding of the AIA by-laws, they must also be an ambassador for the school and program.Essential duties include:
Practice plans Submitting rosters to the Athletic Department Maintaining student-athlete safety and supervision Assisting the Athletic Department with scheduling opponents Maintaining inventories of equipment and uniforms Fundraising, and keeping accurate records in order to work with the media to promote the success of the team Applicants must have proper certification, including the required NFHS coaching courses, fingerprint clearance card, and an application on file with the district.
