Responsibilities Lead and instruct diving techniques, ensuring proper form and safety protocols are followed during training sessions Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual skill levels, from beginner to advanced divers Monitor participants' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to promote continuous improvement Maintain a safe aquatic environment by enforcing rules, supervising activities, and responding swiftly to emergencies Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize competitions, clinics, or special events that enhance participant engagement Manage behavior and foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere for all swimmers and their families Qualifications Prior experience as a Dive Coach Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and students of diverse ages and backgrounds Certifications CPR/AED, First Aid are mandatory, along with a fingerprint clearance card and a few other classes.
