INDOOR Training Session Soccer Coach

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Soccer Coach to help young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and passion for the game. In this role, you will lead engaging training sessions, create effective skill-development drills, and encourage players to reach their full potential. Your leadership and positive energy will foster a supportive and inclusive environment where athletes can learn, grow, and enjoy soccer while building teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Responsibilities Deliver dynamic and engaging soccer training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques for dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive play Create a supportive environment that encourages sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among participants Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to help improve individual skills Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain a safe playing environment Qualifications Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education preferred, but not required Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and game strategies Strong behavior management skills to promote positive conduct on and off the field Ability to motivate players through energetic instruction and engaging activities Join Next Level by applying here or send your resume to rachel@nextlevelsoccer.com
