Local Assistant Coach - FC Barcelona Training Program (1 Week)

Overview:

We are seeking passionate and reliable local coaches to participate in an exclusive week-long football (soccer) training experience led by official FC Barcelona coaches. This is a unique opportunity to learn and coach under FC Barcelona's world-renowned methodology, gaining firsthand insight into their training philosophy and youth development model.

Key Responsibilities:

Support FC Barcelona coaches during training sessions with players of various ages and skill levels. Assist in delivering pre-planned sessions designed by FC Barcelona's technical staff. Engage with players, provide feedback, and maintain a positive and professional training environment. Attend daily coaching meetings led by FC Barcelona staff to review methodology and session objectives. Ensure player safety and maintain professional standards on and off the field.

What's Provided:

All training sessions are pre-planned and organized by FC Barcelona's coaching staff. Daily meals provided during training days. A dedicated coaches' meeting each day for instruction and feedback. Official FC Barcelona training gear for coaching staff.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of coaching experience in youth soccer (club, academy, school, or recreational). Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented. Available for the full duration of the program. Passionate about football and youth development. Preferred (but not required): Coaching license or certifications (e.g., USSF, UEFA, grassroots). (Bilingual) is a plus.
