Address 6315 E Thunderbird Rd Company Overview ⚽ Soccer Coach - Multi-Site Preschool Enrichment Program Position Summary Turn your passion for soccer into an opportunity to inspire the next generation of players! ⚽ Cadence Education is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to lead our Kickstart Soccer enrichment program across multiple preschool campuses. This is a multi-site position , so you'll travel between nearby Cadence Education campuses each day of the week to introduce young children to soccer through fun, developmentally appropriate training sessions. Already coaching for a recreational, club, academy, or travel soccer program in the afternoons or evenings? This could be a great opportunity to earn additional daytime income while doing what you love. If you live in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Phoenix, Mesa, Fountain Hills, Arcadia, or a nearby community , this could be an excellent opportunity for you. ⚽ What You'll Do Travel between assigned Cadence Education campuses to lead daytime soccer enrichment sessions. Introduce young players to ball mastery through fun, high-repetition activities.
Teach foundational skills including:
Dribbling and close ball control First touch Passing and receiving Shooting and finishing Changes of direction Coordination, balance, and agility Basic attacking and defending concepts Design activities that maximize touches on the ball and keep children actively engaged. Use age-appropriate games and challenges to make technical development fun. Help children develop confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, communication, and a love for the game. Adapt sessions for different ages and developmental abilities. Maintain a positive, encouraging, and safe environment at every campus. Build positive relationships with school leaders and staff across multiple locations. 🌟 Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings energy, patience, and a genuine love for teaching soccer to young children. Ideal candidates may have experience as a: Youth Soccer Coach Recreational Soccer Coach Travel/Club Soccer Coach Soccer Trainer Soccer Academy Coach High School or College Soccer Player Early Childhood Sports Instructor Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children is a plus. 🏆 A Great Opportunity for Active Coaches If you already coach a rec, club, academy, or travel team during the afternoons, evenings, or weekends , this position offers an opportunity to add daytime coaching hours and additional income to your schedule.
