Women's Lacrosse Coach University of Arizona Women's Lacrosse Club Tucson, AZ Job Details Part-time $21 - $23 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Training program Professional networking Sports coaching Team development Relationship building Full Job Description About us The University of Arizona Women's Lacrosse Club is a small business club sport in Tucson, AZ under the University of Arizona. We are professional, agile, and innovative. Our goal is to foster a fun environment to exercise and play as a team. We compete in the Western Women's Lacrosse League (WWLL) within the Women's Collegiate Lacrosse Associates (WCLA), and get better as a lacrosse team each year. We are looking for an experienced and motivated coach to help lead our team alongside other coaches, with the potential to become a head coach. Previous lacrosse experience in college is ideal. However, any lacrosse experience is greatly wanted. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in coaching and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to maximize performance. We expect our coach to be responsible for training players, developing game plans, analyzing opponents, and helping the team to be overall successful. We are looking for someone who is passionate about lacrosse and has the drive to help our team reach its full potential.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for athletes. Organize and manage team practices and competitions. Analyze game performance and provide feedback to players and staff. Develop strategies to improve team performance. Motivate players to reach their maximum potential. Maintain positive relationships with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders.
