An Archery Coach is responsible for the supervision of club participants, providing a safe and fun learning environment, and serving as a positive role model.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, plan, and lead archery activities. Teach basic archery skills to club members. Ensure safety of participants. Enforce all rules and procedures. Set up and take down all equipment before and after club activities. Maintain a fun and competitive environment. Maintain and safeguard the archery equipment.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Must be 21 year of age or older. Must be a certified Level I Basic Archery Instructor through NASP. Previous archery experience. Experience working with students.CORE COMPETENCIES
