OC Swim Academy is looking for a swim instructor to teach swim specifically to children and teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The adaptive swim instructor will travel to the client's backyard, complex, or community pool and practice swimming skills together. The instructor chooses their own clients based on matching schedules and travel time! It's a perfect second job or job to do while in school.

MAKE TWICE THE HOURLY PAY OF AN RBT

Qualifications Strong swimming skills required! Experience in ABA therapy or disability services is a plus! Experience with Swimming and Aquatics Lifeguarding certification is a plus! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying abilities CPR and First Aid certification Previous experience in an adaptive or inclusive swim setting is desirable
