Duties include:

Assist served individuals to apply for and manage community resources, benefits, and services. Document client activities, progress, and challenges. Relate to consumers in a warm, caring and non-judgmental manner.

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred CPR/1st Aid and TB Clearance Drivers License Automobile InsuranceSkillsBilingual in English, SpanishStrong Verbal and Written skills
