QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age Candidate must be enthusiastic, team-oriented, and have a willingness to learn Candidate must demonstrate a high level of care and compassion for children Openness to working with Special Needs students Be able to work for a minimum of 1 year teaching at least 2 shifts per week and weekend availability Be able to attend required staff trainings in addition to regular shifts
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 4 hours in the water You may need to lift a child or swim lesson equipment (up to 50 pounds) The pool environment is humid and warm, and it can get noisy, but it's always fun!
COMPENSATION & SHIFT
Pay starts at $21 per hour Shifts are 3-5 hours
