Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to serve as Associate Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach. This position will support all aspects of a competitive cross country and track & field program, with a primary emphasis on distance athletes. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing practices for cross country and distance track events Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes Support meet preparation, travel coordination, and program operations Monitor student-athlete academic progress and well-being Assist with fundraising, alumni engagement, and community outreach Ensure compliance with institutional and governing body rules
