Job Summary Job Summary The Junior Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach is responsible for assisting in the development and supervision of the girls volleyball program at Brawley Union High School District. The coach will provide instruction, mentorship, and leadership to student-athletes while promoting academic achievement, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and character development. The Junior Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach will organize and conduct practices, teach volleyball fundamentals and game strategies, and prepare student-athletes for competition in alignment with the philosophy and goals of the school's athletic program. The coach is expected to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that supports the physical, emotional, and educational growth of students.
