Job Summary Job Summary The Varsity Assistant Football Coach assists the Head Football Coach in the development, organization, and supervision of the varsity football program at Brawley Union High School District. The assistant coach supports all aspects of the program, including player development, practice planning, game preparation, skill instruction, and promoting academic and athletic excellence among student-athletes. The Varsity Assistant Football Coach will help implement offensive, defensive, and special teams strategies while fostering teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, leadership, and character development. The coach is expected to maintain a positive and safe environment that encourages student-athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
