As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching our swim curriculum and water safety to students of all ages and skill levels. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Duties:
- Teach lessons in accordance with established curriculum
- Instruct students on proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and floating
- Provide guidance and support to help students overcome any fears or challenges in the water
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and maintaining a safe swimming environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Potentially assist with the setup and cleanup of swim lesson areas
Qualifications:
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes prefered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children and adults of all ages
