This role is ideal for someone who's built a career in the sport and is ready to bring their depth of experience to a program that values quality coaching. What You'll Do You'll lead recreational classes for boys and girls, run tumbling sessions, and teach our preschool program. Day to day, that means building lesson plans, managing class flow, developing progressions appropriate to each age and skill level, and creating an environment where kids are safe, challenged, and having fun. What We're Looking For Minimum 6 years of coaching experience in gymnastics, tumbling, or a closely related discipline Proven ability to work with a wide age range, from preschool-age children through older recreational athletes Strong understanding of skill progressions, spotting technique, and age-appropriate conditioning Ability to manage a class independently — from warm-up through cool-down — with confidence and professionalism Current safety certification (USAG, AAU, or equivalent) preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) Position Details This is a full-time position with a consistent weekly schedule. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
