Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Boy's Team level 3-10 USAG Athletes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Five or more years of coaching experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with parents, children, staff and the community.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in maintaining accurate records.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work 32-40 hours a week.
Coaching and remaining hours for admin, cleaning, and other necessary tasks Develop and implement training programs tailored to the skill levels of individual gymnasts. Monitor and assess the progress of each gymnast, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and maintaining equipment. Organize and lead warm-up exercises to prepare students for practice sessions. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among students while promoting a love for gymnastics. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Coach Boy's Team and developmental teams
  • Help maintain cleanliness of Gym with coaching staff
  • Complete weekly lesson plan reports and download into Company Google Drive
  • Attend weekly directors meetings
  • Assist with set up and take down at events
  • Assist with the Rec Program minimum of 5 classes per week.
Travel with team and guide them through the season
Pay Scale :
$23-$35 and hour depending on experience paid as a w-2 employee Additional pay : Competition Pay $120 per session while traveling with the team. Paid as a 1099 Contractor Average of 8 meets a season, 3-5 sessions per meet.
Private lessons:
set your own price and offer lessons outside of normal class hours. Pay a gym fee of $5 per lesson
